Sales & Partnerships Manager – Dealer Relations

Overview

Grow Bitmalo’s stock and buyer network. Find quality vehicles, seal deals, and build partnerships with dealers, collectors, and freight partners.

Responsibilities

  • Handle the entire sales process from finding leads to sealing deals; meet quarterly targets.
  • Build strong relationships with dealers/partners in important markets.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team on campaigns and events.
  • Keep accurate sales predictions and ensure good record-keeping in the CRM.

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years experience in B2B sales (automotive, logistics, or fintech).
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to offer valuable advice (consultative selling).
  • Comfortable using data for sales predictions and pricing.
  • Having an existing network of dealers/partners is an advantage.

Compensation

$120,000—$200,000 USD OTE (On-Target Earnings) + company shares (equity) (basic salary + commission)
