Frontend Engineer – Web & Design Systems

Overview

Develop swift, refined web experiences that drive conversion. Take charge of our design system and deliver features that ensure search, checkout, and tracking are seamless.

Responsibilities

• Develop React/Next.js interfaces ensuring robust UX and accessibility
• Implement design system components while adhering to performance budgets
• Collaborate with the Backend team to integrate APIs and real-time data
• Set up analytics and conduct experiments to enhance conversion

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in React/TypeScript; significant experience with SSR/ISR (Next.js)
• Strong command over CSS skills (Tailwind/SCSS) and component patterns
• Experience with testing methodologies (Jest/Playwright), bundling, and performance profiling
• A keen eye for detail and a strong focus on product polish

Compensation

$130,000—$200,000 USD + equity + performance incentives
