Sales & Partnerships Manager – Dealer Relations

Overview

Grow Bitmalo’s inventory and buyer network. Source high-quality vehicles, close deals, and develop partnerships with dealers, collectors, and freight partners.

Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline from prospecting to close; hit quarterly targets
  • Build dealer/partner relationships across key markets
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and events
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and deal hygiene in CRM

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in B2B sales (automotive, logistics, or fintech)
  • Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills
  • Comfortable with data-driven forecasting and pricing
  • Existing dealer/partner network is a plus

Compensation

$120,000—$200,000 USD OTE + equity (base + commission)
