Product Manager – Logistics & Payments

Overview

You will be in charge of the strategic direction for cross-border logistics and cryptocurrency/fiat payment settlements. Your role involves translating customer needs into clear specifications, coordinating various teams, and delivering products with tangible, measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Define Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for tracking, pricing, and payment processing flows.
• Prioritize product backlog using clear performance metrics and experimental plans.
• Work closely with Engineering, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor user journey analytics; refine strategies to improve user activation and long-term value (LTV).

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in product management (experience in fintech or logistics is an added advantage).
• Guided by data, with strong skills in user research and communication.
• Comfortable working with APIs, data schemas, and making informed technical tradeoffs.
• Demonstrated success in launching new products (from concept to market) or scaling existing ones.

Compensation

$150,000—$230,000 USD + company shares + performance bonuses
