Overview

Keep the engine running: coordinate inspections, bookings, customs documents, and last-mile delivery across multiple countries and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inspections; collect and verify documents
• Book air/sea freight; manage handoffs with forwarders/brokers
• Track shipments; resolve exceptions; keep customers updated
• Maintain SOPs and SLAs; surface process improvements

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in logistics, freight forwarding, or marketplace ops
• Detail-oriented; excellent written communication
• Familiar with Incoterms, AWB/BL, and customs basics
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, CRMs, and ticketing tools

Compensation

$70,000—$110,000 USD + equity + performance incentives
