Overview

Build fast, elegant web experiences that convert. Own our design system and ship features that make search, checkout, and tracking feel effortless.

Responsibilities

• Develop React/Next.js interfaces with strong UX and accessibility
• Implement design system components and performance budgets
• Collaborate with Backend to integrate APIs and real-time data
• Instrument analytics and run experiments to drive conversion

Qualifications

• Advanced React/TypeScript; SSR/ISR experience (Next.js)
• Strong CSS skills (Tailwind/SCSS) and component patterns
• Testing (Jest/Playwright), bundling, and performance profiling
• An eye for detail and product polish

Compensation

$130,000—$200,000 USD + equity + performance incentives
