Bitmalo acts as a broker and facilitator in the sourcing, inspection, purchase, and delivery of vehicles. While we coordinate logistics and customs clearance through third-party partners, Bitmalo does not directly provide freight forwarding, customs agency, or legal services. All delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs, shipping, or regulatory factors.
4. Payments
We accept payments via bank transfer (USD) and supported cryptocurrencies (e.g., USDT, BTC, ETH). Invoices will specify the asset, network, and payment instructions. Crypto payments are considered settled once confirmed on-chain. You are responsible for sending funds to the exact wallet address listed on your invoice; Bitmalo is not liable for funds sent incorrectly.
5. Pricing and Taxes
All prices are quoted exclusive of taxes, duties, and government fees unless otherwise stated. Import duties, VAT, excise taxes, and local registration fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless explicitly included in writing. Bitmalo provides estimates for these charges but final amounts are determined by local authorities.

- We make no guarantees regarding eligibility for registration beyond the guidance provided in our inspection and compliance reports.

- Bitmalo is a third-party exporter and does not represent, partner with, or claim to represent any showrooms or dealerships depicted in listings or images on our website, unless expressly stated.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitmalo and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid to Bitmalo for the specific Service in question.
