Product Manager – Logistics & Payments

Overview

Be in charge of the roadmap for cross-border logistics and crypto/fiat settlement. Turn customer needs into specifications, get teams on board, and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Come up with Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for tracking, quotes, and settlement processes
• Rank the backlog based on clear metrics and experiment plans
• Work with Engineering, Operations, and Compliance to ensure delivery
• Keep an eye on funnel analytics; refine processes to boost activation and Lifetime Value (LTV)

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in product management (fintech/logistics experience is a bonus)
• Someone who makes decisions based on data, with solid user research and writing skills
• At ease with APIs, schemas, and making technical compromises
• A track record of launching new products from scratch (0→1) or scaling existing ones (1→n)

Compensation

Between $150,000 and $230,000 USD, plus company shares and performance bonuses
