Akwaaba (Welcome) to Bitmalo. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) guide how you use our website, applications, and services (all of them together called the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to follow these Terms. If you don't agree, then you cannot use our Services.

Bitmalo (“Bitmalo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) gives you a platform to find, buy, and import cars from anywhere in the world, and you can pay with crypto or regular money. Our Services can include showing car listings, doing inspections, helping with shipping, supporting with customs, and other related logistics.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to sign contracts to use our Services. By using Bitmalo, you confirm and promise that you meet these conditions and that all the information you give us is correct and complete.

3. Services Provided

Bitmalo acts as a middleman and helper in finding, inspecting, buying, and delivering vehicles. Even though we arrange logistics and customs clearance through other partners, Bitmalo does not directly provide freight forwarding, customs agency, or legal services. All delivery times are just estimates and can change because of customs, shipping, or rules and regulations.

4. Payments

We take payments through bank transfer (USD) and accepted cryptocurrencies (e.g., USDT, BTC, ETH). Invoices will clearly show the type of asset, network, and how to pay. Crypto payments are considered done once they are confirmed on the blockchain. You are responsible for sending funds to the exact wallet address on your invoice; Bitmalo is not responsible if you send funds to the wrong place.

5. Pricing and Taxes

All prices shown do not include taxes, duties, and government fees unless we say so. Import duties, VAT, excise taxes, and local car registration fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless we clearly state they are included in writing. Bitmalo can give you an idea of these charges, but the final amounts are decided by the local authorities.

6. Customer Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Give accurate and complete information for inspections, payments, and delivery.
• Make sure you follow your local import laws and rules.
• Check if cars can be imported into your country before you buy them.
• Pay all required fees, duties, and taxes on time.

7. Disclaimers

• Bitmalo is not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping companies, or unexpected major events.
• We don't guarantee that a car can be registered, apart from the advice given in our inspection and compliance reports.
• Information on our website is given “as is” without promises of being perfectly accurate or fit for a particular use.
• Bitmalo is a third-party exporter and does not represent, partner with, or claim to represent any showrooms or dealerships shown in listings or images on our website, unless we clearly state it.

8. Limitation of Liability

As far as the law allows, Bitmalo and its related companies are not responsible for indirect, accidental, or other damages that come from using our Services. Our total responsibility in any case is limited to the amount you paid Bitmalo for the specific Service in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We might update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are big, we will let users know on our website or by email. If you keep using our Services after the changes, it means you accept the new Terms.
