Bitmalo functions as a broker and facilitator for the sourcing, inspection, purchase, and delivery of vehicles. While we coordinate logistics and customs clearance via third-party partners, Bitmalo does not directly offer freight forwarding, customs agency, or legal services. All delivery timelines are indicative estimates and may vary due to customs, shipping, or regulatory factors.
4. Payments
We accept payments via bank transfer (USD) and supported cryptocurrencies (e.g., USDT, BTC, ETH). Invoices shall specify the asset, network, and payment instructions. Cryptocurrency payments are deemed settled once confirmed on-chain. You are responsible for remitting funds to the exact wallet address listed on your invoice; Bitmalo shall not be held liable for funds sent incorrectly.
5. Pricing and Taxes
All prices are quoted exclusive of taxes, duties, and government levies unless otherwise stated. Import duties, GST (where applicable), excise taxes, and local registration fees shall be the responsibility of the buyer unless explicitly included in writing. - Bitmalo operates as a third-party exporter and does not represent, partner with, or claim to represent any showrooms or dealerships depicted in listings or images on our website, unless expressly stated.
