3. Services Provided
Bitmalo works as a broker and assistant in finding, inspecting, buying, and delivering vehicles. Although we arrange logistics and customs clearance with our third-party partners, Bitmalo itself does not directly offer freight forwarding, customs agency, or legal services. All estimated delivery times can change because of customs procedures, shipping issues, or other official regulations.
4. Payments
We accept payments through bank transfers (in USD) and approved cryptocurrencies (like USDT, BTC, ETH). Your invoices will clearly show the specific crypto asset, network, and payment instructions. Crypto payments are confirmed once they are validated on the blockchain. It's your responsibility to send funds to the exact wallet address provided on your invoice; Bitmalo won't be held responsible for any money sent to the wrong address.
5. Pricing and Taxes
All prices we quote do not include taxes, duties, and government fees, unless we say otherwise. Import duties, VAT, excise taxes, and local vehicle registration fees are the buyer's responsibility unless they are clearly stated as included in writing. Bitmalo can give you estimated costs for these charges, but the final amounts are decided by the local authorities.

- Bitmalo cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs departments, shipping companies, or unexpected events beyond our control.
- We don't guarantee a vehicle's eligibility for registration beyond the advice given in our inspection and compliance reports.
- Information on our website is given 'as is,' meaning without any assurances of its accuracy or suitability for any specific use.
- Bitmalo is an independent exporter and does not represent, partner with, or claim to be associated with any showrooms or dealerships shown in vehicle listings or images on our website, unless we clearly state otherwise.
8. Limitation of Liability
As far as the law allows, Bitmalo and its associated companies are not responsible for any indirect, accidental, or resulting damages that come from using our Services. Our total responsibility in any situation is limited to the amount you paid Bitmalo for the particular Service involved.
